Cancellation Policy

Order cancellation is possible within 48 hours of purchase only.

All our products are made to order and production begins shortly after the order is placed. For this reason, cancellations requested after 48 hours cannot be accepted.

By placing an order, the customer confirms and agrees to these terms.

 

Returns and exchanges are not accepted because the product is a personal care product.

Damages and issues
